Refund & Exchange Policy

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tested is not eligible for return or exchange, unless it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must remain:
- Unopened and factory-sealed
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, with no damage to the product or packaging
Once the returned order is received, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the conditions above. Upon approval, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
